It’s an open form, free from creators' unambiguous interpretation; a question about the identity of matter and the content, which fills it. XYSex opens the FLESH SYSTEM triptych. In June takes place the premiere of the limited XYSex DVD edition, sponsored by the Silesian Government. BLACK FLESH VIDEO is a SUKA OFF commando established in 2000 to make audio/video works in every mutation. The commando has no permanent members, it works with different artists on individual projects. BFV works were presented on festivals in Poland and abroad [MIX Brasil Festival, Underground Performance Festival AMBRA in Budapest]. |

Freud believed that during development girls had to switch from having the mother as the love object to having the father as the love object: and also switch from the clitoris to the vagina as the main genital zone. At about the age of four, Freud believed that girls first discovered they lacked a penis. The girl will blame her mother or the lack of a penis and the consequent hurt to her own self-esteem. This causes the girl to give up clitoral sexuality, and turn to the father as love object. This aspect of Freud’s theory has received a great deal of criticism, particularly from feminist psychoanalysts. In Freudian Theory this repressed desire of females to posses a penis is a cause of feelings of inferiority and psychic conflict. |

Delalex Gilles & Wessel-Cessieux Thomas City/Country: Paris - France Film title: Metro: Paris - Hong Kong underground Running time: 4 min. Brief film synopsis: Metro evokes an improbable metroline stretched between Paris and Hong Kong. The line is 10 000 kilometre-long and constituted of only two stops, one at the beginning, one at the end. It unfolds as a tube city, a single corridor remaining underground and offering no possible transfer or exit between the two metropolises. The video offers an overview of this fictional city by focussing on the mechanical movement passengers through corridors and coaches. The blend of black rubber, white ceramic tiles, metal gates and series of over-lit faces give the video the feeling of a twenties expressionist movie. The entire film is made of one second-video loops, each composed of 5 still frames taken with a digital camera using continuous shooting. The effect is that of a stroboscopic sequence advancing incrementally by means of repetition. |

Il video è così suddiviso in due parti: le 2 immagini hanno un percorso a volte lineare (cioè è presente lo stesso soggetto), a volte contrapposto (si ha la visione di 2 soggetti diversi vicini). Il video racchiude l’immaginario di un intero mondo inconscio, il mondo - tutto femminile - di una visione personale ed al di fuori di ogni sceneggiatura imposta.
